The holiday spirit is ready for takeoff in Madisonville, as families and visitors are invited to soar into the season at a festive community celebration next month.
Public Relations Director Jennifer Daves invites families to The Flight Before Christmas at the Madisonville Regional Airport on Saturday, December 6, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The family-friendly event will have something for everyone, including helicopter rides, festive activities, and opportunities for holiday shopping.

There will also be a special guest from the North Pole.

In a written statement, Madisonville Mayor Kevin Cotton said they are thrilled to bring this event back to the airport. He added that it’s a great opportunity for families to make memories, enjoy holiday fun, and experience the excitement of aviation right here in Madisonville.
