Get ready to unleash your creativity and satisfy your sweet tooth at the Hopkins County-Madisonville Public Library’s annual Cupcake Decorating Contest Saturday morning.
According to Youth Outreach Coordinator Shanna Turner, the library will supply everything you need to decorate your cupcake.

Turner said that the Cupcake Decorating Contest will take place at the library starting at 11:00 Saturday morning, with the event concluding around 12:30 or 1:00 p.m., followed by the judging.
