COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR
August 9 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
The Health Fair will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Rosenwald Smith Multicultural Center which is located at 208 North Kentucky in Madisonville, Kentucky. The Health Fair will begin at 11:00 a.m. and conclude at 3:00 p.m. We are inviting representatives from various health care services professions such as hospitals and Pharmacies and Insurance Agencies to participate in the event. Corporate Partners, Health Care Service Providers, Clinics, Health Departments, Health Care Agencies, Hospitals and Pharmacies, Rehab Centers and Social Service Agencies etc., are invited to set up an information table or a display table.
