Two Madisonville Men Indicted for Sex Offender Registry Violations

indictment-15

The Hopkins County Grand Jury indicted two Madisonville men during its February session on charges of failing to comply with the state’s sex offender registry.

John Allard was indicted after an incident in January, when Madisonville Police responded to a request from his aunt for a welfare check. Officers say she notified them that Allard was supposed to live at a Lear’s Beaver Creek Drive address to comply with his sex offender registration requirements.

According to police, the woman reported that Allard had moved out six weeks earlier and was staying with his girlfriend on Whiltshire Drive. Officers located Allard in the 2200 block of Laffoon Trail, where he was taken into custody.

Also in January, Madisonville Police took Earnest Davis into custody on a complaint warrant for failure to comply with sex offender registration.
