The Madisonville Lions Club is seeking nominations for this year’s Man and Woman of the Year awards.
Officials say that the Madisonville Lions Club was established in 1939 and has honored a man and woman each year with its annual awards since 1945.
Nominations should include a brief summary of the nominee, along with detailed descriptions of their civic involvement and contributions to the community.
Nominations must be submitted by January 31. Award winners will be announced in February, followed by a dinner open to the public that will be held in March.
