Madisonville Woman Charged with Burglary and Assault

A Madisonville woman is facing charges after police say she broke into a home and assaulted her husband and his girlfriend over the weekend.

Madisonville Police report that officers responded to a disturbance on Curling Drive just after 1:30 on Saturday morning, where they found 32-year-old Natasha Brasher “pinning her husband on the floor.”

Police stated that Brasher entered the home and allegedly assaulted both her husband and his girlfriend.

According to police, officers noticed indications that Brasher had been drinking.

Authorities said that, according to statements, Brasher claimed she was at the residence to retrieve her children, while the victims stated she attacked the girlfriend, causing minor injuries and property damage.

Brasher was taken into custody and charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault. She was booked into the Hopkins County Jail.
