Republican incumbent Dennis Mayfield filed his paperwork with the Hopkins County Clerk’s Office on November 17, seeking another term as Hopkins County coroner.
Marvin Hightower filed his paperwork on Tuesday, November 25, seeking another term to serve Ward 2 on the Madisonville City Council.
The deadline for candidates to file is January 9th.
