McEnaney Family McDonald’s teamed up with other McDonald’s organizations in the region for the recent “Side of Support” fundraiser to help support Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland.
According to Public Relations and Communications Manager Amanda Campbell, McEnaney Family McDonald’s made a $7,843.46 donation to Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland, from their fundraiser.
During the weeklong campaign in September, she says participating restaurants donated a portion of their fry sales to help combat hunger across the region. The generosity of customers and staff helped raise enough funds to provide over 60,000 meals to families in 42 counties throughout Western and Central Kentucky.
The McEnaney Family McDonald’s currently owns and operates 13 locations across Kentucky, including Madisonville, with a 14th restaurant set to open soon in Hanson.
Campbell says the family remains committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen and nourish the communities they serve.
