4th District State Senator Robby Mills of Henderson has received statewide recognition for his legislative achievements.
Mills was honored this week by the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police, receiving the Outstanding Legislative Service Award during their annual conference at the Cincinnati Marriott River Center in Covington. Mills says the recognition comes as a result of his efforts on Senate Bill 10 in the 2025 session, which enhanced post-retirement health benefits for members of the County Employees Retirement System.
Mills has served as the State Senator for the 4th District—covering Hopkins, Webster, Union, and Henderson counties—since 2019. Before that, he was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 11th District from 2017 to 2019.
