Officials with the City of Madisonville invite families and movie enthusiasts of all ages to a fun-filled evening under the stars at Mahr Park Arboretum this Friday, for an outdoor showing of The LEGO Movie.
The event kicks off at 7:00 p.m. and is free for everyone to attend. According to officials, there will be food vendors on site along with a bouncy house, face painting, coloring stations, and more. Guests can also enjoy free popcorn and drinks provided by the City of Madisonville.
Officials encourage everyone to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and the entire family for an evening of laughter, adventure, and community fun in the scenic surroundings of Mahr Park, located at 465 Mahr Park Drive in Madisonville.
Officials noted this is a great opportunity for families to spend time together before the kids return to school.
