Officials with the Hopkins County-Madisonville Fair are applauding outstanding dedication as they celebrate a remarkable milestone in volunteer service.
Fair officials have named Vicki Thomison as the 2025 Volunteer of the Year, noting her more than 45 years of service to the event. They shared that community service is truly a family tradition—both of Thomison’s children serve on the Fair Board, and together they’ve helped shape the Hopkins County-Madisonville Fair into what it is today.
Fair officials expressed their gratitude to Thomison for all she’s done and will continue to do to ensure that fair week remains the best week of the year.
