The Fredonia community in Caldwell County came together last week to assist Dunbar Farms in getting their wheat crop in and soybeans planted following the tragic loss of Jonathan Dunbar June 23rd.
Dunbar died when his left front tire on his semi blew out near the 16 mile marker on the I-169 the Breathitt Parkway last Monday morning. The accident resulted in the tractor-trailer running into the median and overturning multiple times.
When word reached Fredonia Gary Holland with Akridge Farm Supply says the farming community quickly gathered and decided to get to work to help Dunbar Farms.
