A Nebo man is facing multiple theft charges after authorities arrested him on warrants linked to several shoplifting incidents at a local store.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office reports that 42-year-old Steven Russo was arrested last Thursday on bench warrants and charged with theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $1,000, as well as two counts of theft by unlawful taking valued over $1,000.
Authorities say the charges stem from incidents on March 1, March 2, March 29, and April 13, when Russo allegedly stole merchandise from the Walmart on Memorial Drive.
Russo was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
