One Injured In Madisonville Crash

One person was transported to Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville after the car she was riding in was involved in a traffic crash in Madisonville Saturday evening.

According to Madisonville Police the crash occurred at the intersection of North Main Street and Arch Street shortly after 7:00. As 52-year-old Christopher Justice of Earlington was driving south on North Main Street his jeep ran into a Toyota Corolla driven by 25-year-old Bryana Rogers of Bowling Green. Witnesses on the scene told police the stop light at the intersection was red for North and South Traffic, with Justice disregarding the light and running into the front passenger side of Rogers’ car.

Rogers’ passenger 27-year-old Leah Buchanan of Nampa, Idaho, was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
