A Madisonville man is facing multiple charges after police say he broke into a local high school Thursday night and trashed a hallway.
According to Madisonville Police, 20-year-old Isiah Locke was arrested around 12:15 Friday morning at his home on Winding Creek Drive.
Police say surveillance video from Madisonville North Hopkins High School shows Locke kicking a front door window and aggressively pulling on the door until it opened. Once in the building, authorities say he dragged benches off the walls and flung them into the hallway before being confronted by a janitor.
According to the arrest report, Locke later admitted to the break-in and acknowledged he was under the influence of drugs at the time. He faces multiple charges, including third-degree burglary, criminal mischief, trespassing, and public intoxication.
