The Hopkins County Grand Jury has indicted seven people on organized crime charges, following a police investigation into a string of retail thefts at several Madisonville stores.
True bills were handed down for Tyler Morgan, Bradley Crabtree, Maria Cruce, Crystal Goff, Markenis Seaborn, and Jarred Weideman, all of Madisonville, along with Richard Senay of Paducah. Each of the seven individuals is charged with one count of engaging in organized crime. In addition, Senay was indicted on a charge of first-degree persistent felony offender.
The charges date back to September 2025, following a weeks-long investigation by Madisonville Police.
Detectives reported that their investigation revealed each individual played a role in stealing or selling merchandise taken from several local businesses, including Dunham Sports, Bealls, and Lowe’s.
