Excitement is building in Madisonville as city officials unveil plans for this year’s highly anticipated 4th Fest, promising big-name concerts, family fun, and one unforgettable holiday weekend.
City officials have announced that 4th Fest will be held at Madisonville City Park on July 3rd and 4th, with Praise in the Park set for Sunday, July 5th.
Public Relations Director Jennifer Daves says the annual celebration, sponsored by Toyota of Madisonville, is the largest three-day outdoor music event in the region, attracting over 40,000 people from across the United States. Admission is free, and guests can enjoy top-tier concerts, food trucks, vendors, a beer garden on Friday and Saturday, and activities for all ages. A fireworks show will cap off the festivities after the concert on Saturday, July 4th.
This year’s diverse lineup features All-4-One, The Band Perry, Color Me Badd, The LACS, The Sugarhill Gang, Ashland Craft, Quad City DJ’s, Myles Gee, with more performers to be announced soon.
Daves adds that beyond the entertainment, 4th Fest brings a major economic boost to Madisonville and Hopkins County, with hotels, restaurants, and local businesses enjoying one of their busiest weekends as visitors come in from Kentucky and nearby states. She says the festival continues to strengthen Madisonville’s reputation as a regional destination for tourism, hospitality, and big events.
Mayor Kevin Cotton called 4th Fest one of Madisonville’s most special weekends, bringing the community together and welcoming visitors from across the region. He highlighted the three-night lineup featuring R&B, pop, country, and praise and worship, saying there’s something for everyone, and they expect one of the largest crowds ever this year. The Mayor encourages everyone to reserve hotel rooms, mark their calendars, and join the celebration July 3rd, 4th, and 5th as Madisonville commemorates America’s 250th anniversary. He also noted the Praise in the Park lineup will be announced soon.
