Authorities are continuing to search for a Christian County woman who was reported missing on January 11th.
Kentucky State Police say 39-year-old Emerald Forgette was last seen in the early morning hours of January 11th in the area of Hopkinsville Road in Nortonville.
She is described as a female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police say they are utilizing multiple available resources in the investigation and ask the public to share official posts to increase awareness and to check personal property, including abandoned buildings, sheds, basements, vehicles, campers, and other structures where someone may seek shelter from the cold.
They also ask everyone to review their security camera and trail camera footage. Police say to help reduce misinformation, avoid spreading unverified information or rumors about this case.
Authorities remind the community that before searching private property, permission should be obtained.
