The Hopkins County Board of Education has recognized an outstanding educator at Browning Springs Middle School for her remarkable impact and leadership in the school community.
At last week’s meeting, the school board honored 8th-grade social studies teacher Bryana Dulin with the Great Futures Award.
According to school officials, Dulin has made a significant impact on her school by revitalizing the Bears Leadership Academy, a program focused on developing future leaders. Through this program, students have introduced new initiatives, hosted school events, and launched an after-school store. During the meeting, Bears Leadership Academy students also presented gifts to board members.
Dulin serves as the school’s Gifted and Talented liaison, creating engaging and meaningful lessons for students. She also works with others to develop cross-curricular projects that enhance learning and encourage critical thinking.
School officials note that Dulin’s commitment to students, families, and the entire school community is evident in everything she does. They describe her as an opportunity creator and a role model for both students and fellow staff members.
