The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has announced plans to block the westbound slow lane of U.S. 60 in Owensboro Wednesday night at the U.S. 431/Frederica Street overpass.
State transportation officials say the lane restrictions will start around midnight Wednesday and continue until 6:00 a.m. Thursday to allow crews to patch potholes on the bridge during the slowest traffic hours, minimizing delays and improving safety for workers.
The bridge is located at the 14.4 mile point of U.S. 60.
