The Hanson community welcomed a new addition this week as the McEnaney Family McDonald’s officially opened its doors with a festive celebration.

On Monday, the McEnaney Family McDonald’s celebrated the grand opening of its new Hanson restaurant with a ribbon-cutting, holiday photos with Santa, giveaways, and plenty of smiling faces—creating what the family called an incredible celebration.

The McEnaney family expressed their gratitude to the City of Hanson and Mayor Jim Epley, acknowledged Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ohio Valley, and shared a special thank you to Father Steve of Christ the King Catholic Church for blessing their new restaurant.

The family also said they were proud to give back by donating $500 to the Hopkins County Regional Chamber of Commerce and $500 to the Hanson Lions Club, thanking both organizations for their efforts to support and strengthen the community.

The newly opened McDonald’s restaurant in Hanson is located at 50 Valor Way.

With its brand-new location in Hanson, the McEnaney Family McDonald’s operates 14 restaurants across the region, including locations in Madisonville, Owensboro, Princeton, Eddyville, Marion, and the North Drive restaurant in Hopkinsville.
