Senator Paul Discusses Health Savings For All Proposal

United States Senator Rand Paul is hoping legislation proposing health savings accounts for all will gain momentum in Congress.

Senator Paul introduced the Health Marketplace and Savings Accounts for All act December 4th. Senator Paul told the News Edge the plan would provide individuals a chance to purchase insurance through a large membership organization.
