Over one-hundred and fifty floats made their way through Madisonville for the Madisonville Noon Kiwanis Christmas Parade.
The parade was led by the Madisonville police department followed by the parade’s Grand Marshall Clark Legate.
Along with this, there were floats by a number of local organizations and businesses. Included was Hopkins County Sportsmen, the numerous Hopkins County Fire Departments, Madisonville North Hopkins FFA, Nebo Baptist Church, and a lot more.
As for awards, Best Decorated Vehicle went to Greater Lighthouse and Best Decorated Fire Truck went to Nebo Fire And Rescue. For floats, Grand Prize went to Cavanaugh Pool. 1st Runner Up went to Immanuel Baptist, and 2nd Runner Up went to First Christian Nortonville.
