A crash involving a bucket truck in Greenville last week has claimed the life of a Muhlenberg County man.
Greenville Police reported that officers were called to the scene of the crash around 8:15 Friday morning at the intersection of the Kentucky 189 Bypass and Airport Road.
Police said an investigation revealed that 77-year-old Larry Hancock of Greenville was driving north on the Kentucky 189 Bypass when, according to witnesses, he failed to stop at a red light as he approached Airport Road and pulled into the path of a bucket truck driven by 39-year-old Justin Frazier of White Plains, who was traveling east on Spartan Drive.
