Baptist Health Deaconess – Madisonville is gearing up for Lung Cancer Awareness Month with a major screening event scheduled for November.
Nurse Navigator Ashley Allen said the event will take place on Thursday, November 13th, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.
Allen added that lung cancer screenings are available for those deemed ‘high risk.’
She shared that finding lung cancer early is the key to survival.
