A woman and two juveniles were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck on South Main Street in Madisonville Thursday night.
Madisonville Police say officers were sent to the wreck in the area of South Main Street and Westview Drive shortly after 6:30 p.m.
Police report 64-year-old Brenda Williams of Madisonville was turning left from South Main Street into the Market Place parking lot when she traveled into the oncoming lane and her vehicle was struck head-on by an SUV driven by 37-year-old Misty Matheny, also of Madisonville.
According to police, Matheny and two pre-teens, ages 11 and 12, were taken to Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville with suspected minor injuries.
