The Dawson Springs Independent School preschool recently received a five-star rating from the state.
District Wide Programs Coordinator Kristin Merrill says she is proud of the accomplishments of the preschool staff.
Merrill said the preschool had a successful kickoff to the school year Monday, August 25.
Although there was some confusion at the end of the day, Merrill says they are working with parents to solve the issues
