The city of Madisonville was recently awarded more than $1.3 million through the Delta Regional Authority’s Community Infrastructure Fund.
This fund was awarded to support the installation of a new public waterline, which will serve a regional training center and a power generation facility.
In total, the projects are a $180 million private investment and will have a number of benefits for the Madisonville community.
The CTF program is an investment tool that hopes to address unmet public infrastructure, transportation, and flood control needs across seven states.
