Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville recently announced that Todd Duckworth was promoted to Vice President of Medical Group Operations.
According to hospital officials, Duckworth obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Bellarmine University and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Evansville.
After serving as a Senior Exercise Physiologist at Kentucky One Health Frazier Rehabilitation Institute in Louisville, Duckworth joined Baptist Health Madisonville as the Urgent Care Practice Manager in 2015. In 2016, he became the Operations Manager for Physician Services and later the Director of the Methodist Physician Group at Methodist Health in Henderson. He was then appointed Clinic Director at Deaconess Clinic, overseeing the daily operations of its ambulatory offices, which are primarily based in Kentucky.
Officials stated that Duckworth returned to Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville in June 2023 as the Executive Director of Medical Group Operations. Since then, officials stated that he has established himself as a valuable team member and a trusted leader within the medical group.
