A White Plains woman was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck at the intersection of East Center Street and South Kentucky Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Madisonville Police reported that 36-year-old Jacob Campbell of Madisonville was driving east on East Center Street when he proceeded through a red light at the intersection and struck a northbound vehicle on South Kentucky Avenue driven by 68-year-old Sherry Scott.
Police said Scott was transported by Medical Center Ambulance Service to Baptist Heath Deaconess Hospital Madisonville for suspected injuries.
