The Madisonville Fire Department welcomed its newest recruits last week after they successfully completed training at the Fire Academy of Kentucky.
Chief Jason Eli announced that the new recruits, Cashus Bowles and AJ Stokes, will now begin their shifts as fire suppression personnel.
During Monday night’s Madisonville City Council meeting, Mayor Kevin Cotton congratulated the new recruits, while Chief Eli addressed a question regarding their training at the Fire Academy.
